Jenn Nowalk

I know first-hand how important homes are to families.

Before becoming an award-winning agent for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, I spent three years working on the Catastrophe team for State Farm Insurance. Jenn Nowalk

Seven days a week, my team and I traveled across the United States and Canada, aiding families and repairing homes affected by natural disasters.  From hurricanes to hail storms to wild fires -- the Catastrophe team was deployed to find temporary shelter for families, work with contractors to repair their homes and get families back on their feet and into their homes. .

"It is always hard to not get personally involved in a catastrophe situation,” recalled Jenn.  “I spent time wiping tears, holding hands, and just helping people put the cherished pieces of their lives back together.”  It was times like this that showed Jenn the importance of homes to families.   Homes are places where families gather and life’s precious moments are celebrated from first birthday parties to graduations.  These are the things you cannot put a price tag on.

I decided to leave State Farm in 2004, but my desire to help families with their homes continued.  I launched my real estate career with the goal of matching families to their ideal home – a place where people could start building their dreams and memories that make home ownership so special.

My personal approach has helped many families in the Triangle area find their new homes where they could start building their memories.  I began my career in Raleigh's new home sales and have worked closely with over 25 of the Triangle’s finest builders.  I have prided myself on building my career on a foundation of trust, knowledge, commitment and service.

Since joining Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in 2004, I was named to the International President’s Premier Team and was awarded the Builder Services Team Volume Leader and Sales Team of the Year in 2006 and 2007.  I was also awarded the 2008 National Sales Team of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and Silver Award for Regional Sales Team of the Year in 2007 and 2008 and the Elite Million Dollar Circle Award for over $23.8 Million in new home sales in 2007.

I also realize the importance of giving back to the community.  In 2007, I co-founded the Triangle Spokes Group, a non-profit organization that raises money to purchase new bicycles and helmets for less fortunate children during the holiday season.  In partnership with The Salvation Army, the Triangle Spokes Group gave away 200 bicycles in 2009 and 300 in 2008.  I have made a commitment to make a donation for each home that I sell.

For years, families across North America trusted me during the worst of times.  Now families around the Triangle are trusting me to help create the best of times.

Contact me today if you are ready to start building your memories.  Let me work for you, I am ready to walk with you every step of the way serving all of your real estate needs in Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle!
